EASY CHICKEN AND POTATO DINNER  
   
   
1 Package (2 pounds) bone-in chicken breast or thighs  
1 Pound (or less) potatoes, cut into wedges  
 1/2 Cup Italian dressing  
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning  
 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese  
   
  Arrange chicken and potatoes in a 13-by-9 inch backing pan.
  Pour salad dressing over chicken and potatoes.  
  Top with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.  
  Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
   
  Serves 4
