| 2 | Cups cooked rice | |||||||
| 1/2 | cup diced celery | |||||||
| 1 | beaten egg | |||||||
| 1 | 4 1/2-oz. Can deviled ham, (or equivalent left over cooked ham) | |||||||
| 1/2 | Cup ( 2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, (or more if you like lots of cheese) | |||||||
| 2 | slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled | |||||||
| In a bowl, combine cooked rice, celery, ham & egg | ||||||||
| Turn into medium skillet | ||||||||
| Cook & stir over medium heat till mixture is heated through, about 10 minutes | ||||||||
| Top rice mixture with cheese & bacon. | ||||||||
| Cook covered over low heat till cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. | ||||||||
