Ham Rice Medley
2 Cups cooked rice
      1/2 cup diced celery
1 beaten egg
1 4 1/2-oz. Can deviled ham, (or equivalent left over cooked ham)
       1/2 Cup ( 2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, (or more if you like lots of cheese)
2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
In a bowl, combine cooked rice, celery, ham & egg
Turn into medium skillet
Cook & stir over medium heat till mixture is heated through, about 10 minutes
Top rice mixture with cheese & bacon.
Cook covered over low heat till cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
